Lead Generation Specialist (POS – Merchant Services Campaign)
Location: Gulistan-e-Johar Block 11, Karachi
Shift: Night (8 PM – 5 AM, USA Timezone)
Salary: PKR 50,000 to 75,000 + Lucrative Commission
eCommerce Cave is on the lookout for energetic, confident, and fluent Lead Generation Specialists to join our dynamic team for our POS Merchant Services Campaign.
You’ll be responsible for cold calling businesses in the U.S., qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our sales team.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Prior experience in POS Merchant Services / Payment Solutions is highly preferred
✅ Fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills are also welcome
✅ Confident on calls, persuasive, and self-motivated
✅ Familiarity with U.S. business culture is a plus
✅ Must be available for night shift
✅ Candidates near Gulistan-e-Johar Block 11 preferred for convenience
What You’ll Do:
Cold call small and medium businesses in the U.S.
Identify and qualify prospects for POS & payment processing solutions
Schedule appointments for closers
Work closely with sales and marketing team to improve conversion
