We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team in Karachi. This role is responsible for supporting core HR operations, managing talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and engaging workplace environment.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening HR processes, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle, and contributing to a high-performance organizational culture.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures
Support employee relations by addressing concerns professionally and confidentially
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Support HR projects and administrative functions as required
Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition (required)
Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations
Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience in the eCommerce or technology industry is a plus
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are an advantage
Full-time, onsite position in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
