📢 Assistant Ecommerce Manager – Furniture Brand

Key Responsibilities

* Marketplace Management Support

-Assist in managing and optimizing listings on Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, and Walmart.

-Support in inventory updates, order tracking, performance reports, and content updates.

-Monitor product health, customer feedback, and overall account performance.

*B2B Account Management & Lead Generation

-Maintain strong communication with existing B2B and wholesale clients.

-Assist in identifying and reaching out to new wholesale leads.

-Help build and maintain CRM databases for consistent follow-ups.

*Research, Coordination & Execution

-Support the Ecommerce Manager with competitor research, pricing strategies, and market trends.

-Execute administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and scheduling.

-Follow up on ongoing initiatives to ensure timely execution.

Who You Are

✅ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar ecommerce, sales support, or account coordination role.

✅ A graduate with solid communication and organizational skills.

✅ Willing and able to work the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).

✅ Familiar with ecommerce platforms and digital tools.

✅ A quick learner, self-motivated, and action-oriented individual.

✅ Creative, positive, and solution-driven mindset.
